Jesse grew up on the east side of Cincinnati, OHIO and was raised by his father, Gregory Brewer. His father was a real estate investor in the mobile home sector and Jesse spent a lot of his growing up time working in his father’s business.

At age 23, Jesse decided to get into the real estate business on his own and purchased his first single family cash flow residence. Within four years he had bought and sold forty homes and decided it was time to enter into the real estate investing world full time, leaving behind his job as a police officer. Within a year of making the move to full time real estate Jesse realized there was a need for quality property management not only for his own properties but for the properties he was selling to investors. He then opened Cincy Area Properties to fill this need.

To date, Jesse has been involved in over 1,500 transactions. His company manages over four hundred rental units for himself and investors. Additionally, Jesse also participates either as a broker or a principal in one hundred real estate transactions per year. He also has authored four books on real estate investing and landlording and has been featured in real estate investor magazines and other forums.

In addition to running a full service real estate firm Jesse also has a coaching and mentoring practice that specializes in coaching real estate investors in all facets of the cash flow real estate business from acquisitions to renovations to property management. Jesse’s clients include brand new investors to seasoned investors who have a thousand plus units and everything in between.
