The following statement explains the official LIVE OUT LOUD PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE. Any guarantees made by Live Out Loud staff or team members other than those expressed herein are considered invalid.

Our Performance Guarantee is based on Live Out Loud fulfilling the following:

Two Monthly Fast Cash Coaching calls with our Coaching Coordinators and select Coaches to help you stay accountable for program goals and provide you with new resources and program updates, as well as answer your questions
Participate in the $100K Challenge Facebook Mastermind Group that we will create for you to learn from your peers and stay on pace to meet your goal.
We will teach you the specific techniques and processes necessary to create cash, based on knowledge and application. If, within 12-months of completing your training sessions and after completing all of the key commitments below you have not earned an additional $100,000 with proof of where you started, we will offer an “Extended Service Guarantee” and continue to work with you at our expense for up to one additional year to assist you in reaching your challenge goal.
This guarantee is performance-based. The documentation for this process must be completed by you and submitted as outlined below in order to qualify for the program guarantee. You must document your daily actions, financial data and accountability steps using the resources listed above and provided in your training. If you do not complete the program or its requirements, including the following key commitments, you will not be eligible for the “Extended Service Guarantee.”

Plan and set up your business model
Set up your Merchant Services
Secure your business domain name
Set up website
Create a sales funnel and a marketing plan (templates provided)
Get a bookkeeper / bookkeeping system
Get a database system / CRM system
Complete three – 30 minute coaching sessions with your personal $100K coach
Review “Building, Leading and Protecting Your Business” CD Set
Create and review your revenue model (spreadsheet template provided)
Attend at least (1) Fast Cash Coaching call per month
Talk to 10 people a day (Documented and turned into homework@liveoutloud.com every Friday)
Create an email marketing program.
Find 2 model companies (Completed by end of Week 4)
Read Put More Cash In Your Pocket and discuss 4 biggest take-a-ways and review with your coach (Completed by end of Week 5)
Generate 50% of your monthly sales revenue model expectations (Completed by end of Week 6)
Find an accountability partner (Completed by end of Week 8)
Hire your first team member and/or home help (Completed by end of Week 8)
Track your lead generation and conversion for all sales (Documented and turned into homework@liveoutloud.com every Friday)
Register for Facebook and actively participate in the private Facebook group for the Challenge.

QUARTER 2

Attend (as a participant) at least (1) “3 Days To Cash” Workshop within 6 months of program start date (Past attendance will satisfy this commitment)
Generate 75% of your monthly sales revenue model expectations
Complete three – 30 minute coaching sessions with your personal $100K coach
Attend (as a volunteer/staff member) at least (1) “3 Days To Cash” Workshop within 12 months of program start date
Review the “3 Days To Cash” resource page for downloads and presentations
Open a business account (if one is not already in place)
Get Incorporated (Have Corp, LLC or other entity set up)
Attend at least (1) Fast Cash Coaching call per month
Track your lead generation and conversion for all sales (Documented and turned into homework@liveoutloud.com every Friday)
Commit to an additional 5 online and 5 offline marketing strategies
Talk to 15 people a day (Documented and turned into homework@liveoutloud.com every Friday)
Join a social network and create a full profile (ex. Facebook, LinkedIn)

QUARTER 3

Attend at least (1) Fast Cash Coaching call per month
