Where did the year go?
2009 was a year of changes and growth. We started the year excited and anxious looking for solutions and guidance. We learned about business strategies and plans, and met a lot of wonderful people from all over the states though the Live Out Loud community and Big Table.
Our business went through so many changes and we faced a lot of challenges. Being a property owner and taking care and overseeing several properties in 4 states is like herding cats.
Our coach provided us some solutions to help with our real estate business. Asking for help and having the needed resources is vital to turning things around. We are moving forward and increasing the income and decreasing expenses. We had to take more control of the management of our properties and be more of a leader. No one will care more about your business than you even if you have good team members.
Although money from rental properties provides some income, having residual income through PrePaid Legal is sooooo much better. With PrePaid Legal there are no tenant headaches, unexpected repairs, evictions, and other property issues. That is why we are now more actively involved in PrePaid Legal Services. Everyone needs it and we truly believe we can help others earn extra income and provide a valuable service at the same time.
We started the Big Table wanting to grow our real estate business and ended up pursuing a different business. Who knew you could make 100,000 up to millions a year with PrePaid Legal Services. The best part is that a lot of training is provided and there is direct support from those more successful than you helping you along the way.
It is a journey to success. The steps we take only makes us stronger and smarter and allows us to help others. The key is to stay focused. There are a lot of support out there it is just a matter of taking action and moving in a positive direction.
We will persist. We are successful, wealthy, healthy and have the power to change our lives and the lives of others. Its already 2010 and I am prepared to face the new year with a bright new out look.
