Still waiting for our assigned coach to help us clarify our 120 day action plans.

In the meantime, we are working on our online presence and doing marketing.  Got to get Guerilla marketing on the Internet.  We have signed up for a lot of social network groups like LinkedIn and Twitter. Not quite sure what this is all about.  We are venturing into unknown waters just like our blogs. All I know is the internet is huge and you can reach out to so many people. The more people that are aware of your services the more people you can help.

We will somehow figure it out.

Some of the things we have learned:
1. Having a website is important to build credibility and for others to check out who you are and what you have to offer.  Everyone with a business must have one.  It must be able to accept credit card payments and capture emails.

2. The more information you can obtain about your clients the better.  Your product  or service can be more specific to the needs of your clients. What we are learning is that emails are like gold. The more emails you can collect the richer you are.  The larger the data base of emails the greater percentage of sales.  So dig up all your contacts and let them know what you have to offer.  It takes several “touches” for someone to purchase.

3. A serious business uses their web address vs generic ones like yahoo, gmail or hotmail.

We have a website .  It could use a makeover.  Check it out and let us know what you think. Use the link “contact us” and write your suggestions.

You can also go to our website and select the link “Get Your Own Website” and sign up for a free trial if you need a website.  It is very user friendly.  It has so many features.  You don’t need to be a web master to now get your website up and running.  When you use our link and mention our name, the company will waive the set up fee.  Ask for Angel and he will be able to help you.
